RESOLUTION NO. 04-175
WHEREAS, bids were received for a contract to furnish all labor, supplies, materials
and equipment for the replacement of the roof at the Police building located at 255 College
Street; and,
WHEREAS, Liberty County Roofing, Inc., Hardin, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$89,510; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Liberty County
Roofing, Inc., Hardin, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of$89,510 submitted by Liberty County Roofing, Inc., Hardin,
Texas, for a contract to furnish all labor, supplies, materials and equipment for the
replacement of the roof at the Police building located at 255 College Street be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3rd day of
August, 2004.
