RESOLUTION NO. 04-173
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization (BCHDO) in the amount of
$402,750 for costs associated with the construction of nine new homes on scattered sites
identified below:
Development Subsidy - 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 HOME CHDO Reserve Funds
