RESOLUTION NO. 04-169
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to amend the surface use
agreement with the current operator of Holloway #1 well, CornerStone Energy, Inc., to
allow the installation of a salt water disposal well adjacent to the existing Holloway#1 well.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3rd day of
August, 2004.
