WHEREAS, Hibernia National Bank - Beaumont Location has conveyed a twenty
(20)foot wide sanitary easement off Fannett Road (State Highway 124)for the placement
of a new sanitary sewer line, being out of the J. W. Bullock League, Abstract No. 7,
Jefferson County, Texas, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is necessary and
desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by Hibernia National Bank- Beaumont
Location be and the same is hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of July,
2004.
