WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for automotive preventative
maintenance; and,
WHEREAS, JMPKL, Inc. dba The Lube Shop submitted a bid for an estimated total
annual expenditure of$70,152.36 in the unit prices shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by JMPKL, Inc. dba
The Lube Shop should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid for an estimated total annual expenditure of $70,152.36 in the unit prices
shown above submitted by JMPKL, Inc. dba The Lube Shop for an annual contract for
automotive preventative maintenance be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of July,
