BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment in the
amount of$38,232.74 to Sunoco Pipeline, L.P. for the adjustment of their facilities on FM
364/Major Drive.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of July,
