WHEREAS, J. L. Caldwell Company Trust has conveyed a twenty (20) foot wide
sanitary sewer easement for the placement of a new sanitary sewer line to the City of
Beaumont out of property described as being out of the J. W. League, Abstract No. 7,
Jefferson County, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is necessary
and desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by J. L. Caldwell Company Trust be and
the same is hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day
of July, 2004.
