WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to purchase civilian
employee work uniforms; and,
WHEREAS, Shepherd's Uniform and Linen Supply Company, Inc.,, Beaumont,
Texas submitted a bid in the unit prices as shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Shepherd's
Uniform and Linen Supply Company, Inc.,, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted as shown above by Shepherd's Uniform and Linen Supply
Company, Inc.,, Beaumont, Texas, for an annual contract to purchase civilian employee
work uniforms be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of July,
