BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney is hereby authorized to file and prosecute a lawsuit against
the Interstate Inn, Beaumont, Texas, to collect delinquent Hotel Occupancy Tax.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of July,
2004.
