BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City Council of the City of Beaumont met
in special session this the 26th day of January, 1989, with the

of the Texas Open Meetings Act, to consider appointment, employment,
evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a
public officer. . .
