BE IT REMEMBERED that the City Council of the City of Beaumont, Texas, met in
regular session this the 26th day of September, 1986, with the following
present:

Mayor Meyers called an Executive Session, pursuant to Section 2e of the Texas
Open Meetings Act, to consider pending and contemplative litigation.
