ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING A 30' UTILITY EASEMENT
AT THE REAR OF 1945 WESTCHASE DRIVE, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 30' utility easement at the rear of 1945 Westchase Drive, being a 30' x 50'
drainage easement extending along the rear of Lot 14, Westchase Addition, City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, containing 0.034 acres, more or less, as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of
June, 2004.
