ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
02-052, TO ALLOW A GYMNASTICS/CHEERLEADING
INSTRUCTION AND A FAMILY c CENTER IN AN RM-H
(RESIDENTIAL MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING-HIGHEST
DENSITY) DISTRICT AT 7575 AND 7595 HIGHWAY 105 IN
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
That Ordinance No. 02-052 passed by the City Council of the City of Beaumont August 27,
2002 granting a specific use permit be and the same is hereby amended to allow a
gymnastics/cheerleading instruction and a family entertainment center in an RM-H
(Residential Multiple Family Dwelling-Highest Density) District at 7575 and 7595 Highway
105, being Lots 11-13, Neches Terrace Addition, City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, containing 2.20 acres, more or less, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
Section 2.
That an amendment to the specific use permit herein granted is expressly issued
for and in accordance with each particular and detail of the site plan attached hereto as
Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof for all purposes.
Section 3.
Notwithstanding the site plan attached hereto, the use of the property hereinabove
described shall be in all other respects subject to all of the applicable regulations contained
in Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas, as amended.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of
June, 2004.
