BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
WHEREAS,the City Council has conducted a public hearing concerning reallocation
of$13,500 from the 2000 Consolidated Block Grant Program, Charlton-Pollard line item,
to extend the hours of operation at the pools located at Alice Keith Park and Magnolia
Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to reallocate $13,500 from the 2000
Consolidated Block Grant Program, Charlton-Pollard line item, to extend the hours of
operation at the pools located at Alice Keith Park and Magnolia Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to execute a
Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Beaumont Recreation Department.
