BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council of the City of Beaumont hereby approves payment of$169,638.68
to Millennium Pipeline Company, L. P.forthe adjustment of theirfacilities on FM364/Major
Drive. Subsequent to the City's reimbursement, the Texas Department of Transportation
will reimburse the City of Beaumont 80% ($135,710.94)of the total cost totaling a net cost
of$33,927.74 to the City of Beaumont.
