WHEREAS, bids were received for a one (1) year contract for sanitary sewer
manhole sealing; and,
WHEREAS, Uretek ICR Specialities of Houston, Texas, submitted a bid as shown
below at an estimated total cost of$25,000:
Base Price per Manhole Cost per Pound for
Injected Material
$500.00 $9.00
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Uretek ICR
Specialities of Houston, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount as shown above at an estimated total cost of $25,000
submitted by Uretek ICR Specialities of Houston, Texas, for a one (1) year contract for
sanitary sewer manhole sealing be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of June,
2004.
