ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 20' UTILITY
EASEMENT AT 7860 JILL LANE IN THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 20' utility easement at 7860 Jill Lane, being a 20'x 53.66'general utility easement
at the rear of Lot 6, Block 2, Pine Glen Second Addition, City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, containing 0.024 acres, more or less, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto, be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of May,
2004.
