WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont has accepted bids to sell a 35.85 tract of land
located at 5920 Garner Road being out of Plat D-21, Tracts 70, 71, 73, 74 and 95 of the
F. Bigner Survey, Jefferson County, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, a bid of$161,325 has been received from Market Developers, LLC;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute all documents
necessary to convey a 35.85 tract of land located at 5920 Garner Road being out of Plat
D-21, Tracts 70, 71, 73, 74 and 95 of the F. Bigner Survey, Jefferson County, Texas to
Market Developers, LLC at a price of$161,325.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of May,
2004.
