WHEREAS, bids were received for the Summer Food Service Program; and,
WHEREAS, Moncla's, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid for an estimated
19,000 lunches at $2.24 each for an estimated cost of$42,560; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Moncla's, Inc.,
Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Moncla's, Inc., Beaumont,Texas,forthe Summer Food Service
Program for an estimated 19,000 lunches at$2.24 each for an estimated cost of$42,560
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of May,
2004.
