BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract between the
City of Beaumont and the Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization
(BCHDO)in the amount of$8,000 for infrastructure on Essex Street and Avenue A in order
to proceed with the construction of four new homes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of May,
2004.
