WHEREAS, the owners listed below have agreed to convey the sanitary sewer
easements as shown below and on Exhibit "A" attached:
1. One (1) ten foot (10') wide Sanitary Sewer Easement
0.0344 acre tract out of Tract 2-B, Replat of Lot 2, Rand Addition and
located along the north side of State Highway 105
Owner: Jack In The Box, Eastern Division, L.P.
2. One (1) ten foot (10') wide Sanitary Sewer Easement
0.0459 acre tract out of Lot 1, Rand Addition and located along the
intersection of State Highway 105 and Major Drive
Owner: Billy T. Rand and B. T. Rand Oil Company; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the donation of said sanitary sewer
easements and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said easements are necessary and
desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the sanitary sewer easements donated by the owners shown above be and are
hereby accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
May, 2004.
