BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the alley that runs east and west that separates Tract 2 from Lots 1 and 2 from Avenue F to the east side of what is called Tract 2, beginning at the east right-of-way line of Avenue F, extending northeasterly a distance of 96.61'to the southeast corner of Tract 2, Block 2, Division F, Cartwright Addition, City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, containing 0.0088 acres, more or less. as shown on Exhibits"A"and "B" attached hereto, be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
