WHEREAS, bids were received for a contract for the installation of spray devices
at Sprott, Central and Rogers Park; and,
WHEREAS, Bruce's General Construction submitted a bid in the amount of
$184,313; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bruce's General
Construction should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bruce's General Construction in the amount of $184,313 for
the installation of spray devices at Sprott, Central and Rogers Park is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the
project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of April,
2004.
