ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCES 02-
004 AND 04-006, TO ALLOW THE EXPANSION OF A MINI-
WAREHOUSE FACILITY IN A GC-MD-2 (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL-MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING-2)DISTRICT
LOCATED AT 250 DOWLEN ROAD; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR REPEAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Ordinance No. 02-004 passed in January, 2002 and Ordinance No. 04-006
amending 02-004 passed in February, 2004 by the City Council of the City of Beaumont
is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1.
That a specific use permit to allow the expansion of a mini-warehouse facility in a
GC-MD-2(General Commercial-Multiple Family Dwelling-2)District located at 250 Dowlen
Road, being Tracts 104A, 214, 214A and 2148, C. Williams Survey, Abstract A-59, City
of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, containing 4.5 acres, more or less, as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby granted to Access Self Storage, it's legal
representatives, successors and assigns.
Section 2.
That the specific use permit herein granted is expressly issued for and in
accordance with each particular and detail of the site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "B"
and made a part hereof for all purposes.
Section 3.
Notwithstanding the site plan attached hereto, the use of the property hereinabove
described shall be in all other respects subject to all of the applicable regulations contained
in Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas, as amended.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of April,
2004.
