RESOLUTION NO. 04-087
WHEREAS, bids were received for a one (1)year contract to purchase automotive
batteries for use by the Fleet Management Division; and,
WHEREAS, Battery Warehouse, Orange, Texas, submitted a bid in the unit prices
shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Battery
Warehouse, Orange, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the unit prices shown above submitted by Battery Warehouse, Orange,
Texas, for a one (1) year contract to purchase automotive batteries for use by the Fleet
Management Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of April,
2004.
