WHEREAS,the claim of Mary Guillory has been discussed in an Executive Session
properly called and held Tuesday, March 30, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Mary Guillory
in the amount of Eight-Thousand ($8,000) Dollars payable to Mary Guillory and Mel
Shelander, Attorney.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of April,
2004.
