BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the State of
Texas acting by and through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to install
and maintain bridge load posting signs in the City.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of April,
2004.
