WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a tractor with articulated boom
mower for the Parks and Property Services Division; and,
WHEREAS, Brookside Equipment Sales, Inc., Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in
the amount of$56,127; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Brookside
Equipment Sales, Inc., Houston, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Brookside Equipment Sales, Inc., Houston, Texas, for the
purchase of one(1)two-wheel drive tractor with articulated boom mower attachment in the
amount of$56,127 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30"' day of
