BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to reimburse in the amount of
$209,717.84 to ExxonMobil Pipeline Company for the adjustments of their facilities on
FM364/Major Drive.
