WHEREAS, Drainage District#6 has requested a forty(40)foot drainage easement
located off Lawrence Drive and US 96, 69, 287 as described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the grant of said easement and is of
the opinion that the said easement of property is necessary and desirable and that same
should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement is hereby granted to Drainage District#6 and the City Manager is
authorized to execute an easement for such purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of
