BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to submit a grant application and
to execute a contract with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for $1,407,016 to
receive Operating Assistance funds for the Beaumont Municipal Transit System.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
March, 2004.
