WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) manned lagoon dredge
and pumper for use by the Water Utilities Division; and,
WHEREAS, Liquid Waste Technology, LLC submitted a bid in the amount of
$125,218; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Liquid Waste
Technology, LLC should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Liquid Waste Technology, LLC in the amount of$125,218 for
the purchase of one (1) manned lagoon dredge and pumper for use by the Water Utilities
Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
March, 2004.
