WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to purchase fire protective
clothing; and,
WHEREAS, Casco Industries, Pasadena, Texas, submitted a bid as shown below:
Brand Qty. Pant & Coat Suspenders Total
Globe 40 $1,299/set $32/set $53,240
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Casco
Industries, Pasadena, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Casco Industries, Pasadena, Texas, for an annual contract to
purchase fire protective clothing at the amounts shown above be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
