WHEREAS, bids were received for a one (1) year contract for the purchase of
corrugated polyethylene pipe for use in the Public Works Department, Streets and
Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, Coburn Supply submitted a bid in the amounts shown below:

and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Coburn Supply
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Coburn Supply for a one (1) year contract for the purchase of
corrugated polyethylene pipe for use in the Public Works Department, Streets and
Drainage Division, in the amounts shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
March, 2004.
