BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a three-year contract
with Linebarger, Goggan, Blair and Sampson, LLP, Beaumont,Texas to provide collection
services for Municipal Court.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
March, 2004.
