WHEREAS, Drainage District#6 has requested the City of Beaumont to grant a forty
(40)foot drainage easement located off Lawrence Drive and US 96, 69, 287 (in Suburban
Acres Addition) as shown on Exhibit "A"; and,
WHEREAS, it appears that it would be equitable to allow such an easement at this
time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to grant a forty (40) foot drainage easement
located off Lawrence Drive and US 96, 69, 287 (in Suburban Acres Addition) as described
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
March, 2004.
