BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Beaumont Products and Services, Inc.for providing litter removal services on arterial street
rights-of-way and other specified areas in the amount of $11.85 per hour, per person
worked.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of
February, 2004.
