BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney or his designee is hereby authorized to file and prosecute,
if necessary, lawsuits against the below-named individuals and/or entities to collect on
delinquent Small Business Revolving Loans:
