WHEREAS, bids were received for the demolition and removal of a structure
located at 1105 Broadway; and,
WHEREAS, Demolition Services, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $51,400.00;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Demolition
Services should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Demolition Services in the amount of $51,400.00 for the
demolition and removal of a structure located at 1105 Broadway be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theme day of
1995.
