WHEREAS, Mr. E. M. Stewart has donated a tract of land in the O'Brien Addition,
being part of Lots 11, 12, 13, 16, and 17 and all of Lots 14 and 15, Block 2;and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said donation and is
of the opinion that the acceptance of said donation of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept the donation of Mr. E.
M. Stewart of a tract of land in the O'Brien Addition, being part of Lots 11, 12, 13, 16, and
17 and all of Lots 14 and 15, Block 2, as described in Exhibit "A".
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
