RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Charlton Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project, Phase I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood
Revitalization Project, Phase I be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 188: Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Flowers Addition
(483 Mary Street)
Appraised Value: $4,000.00
Owner: Jackson Broocks Osborne, Jr., et al
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the lq day of
1995.
