RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for a six (6) month contract for lubricants for use
by the Fleet Division; and,
WHEREAS, Fuller Oil Company, Inc. of Silsbee submitted a bid in the amounts
as follows:
15W-40 Engine Oil $3.16/gal.
30W Engine Oil $2.99/gal. k
Automatic Transmission $1.02/qt.
Fluid Dextron H
Automatic Transmission $3.23/gal.
Fluid Dextron H
Automatic Transmission $1•00/qt•
Fluid Type F
Hydraulic Oil $3.22/gal.
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Fuller
Oil Company, Inc. is the best bid meeting -specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Fuller Oil Company, Inc. of Silsbee in the amounts stated above for
a six (6) month contract for the purchase of lubricants for use by the Fleet Division, be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the
