BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City of Beaumont to participate in the State
of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program for the purchase of police pursuit vehicles,
automobiles and light duty trucks budgeted in 1995.
