RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on Monday, September 13, 1993,bids were received for repairs of fascia
and gutters at the Julie Rogers Theatre; and,
WHEREAS, Burts, Inc., submitted a bid in the amount of $17,726.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Burts, Inc., is
the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Burts, Inc. in the amount of$17,726.00 for repairs of fascia and
gutters at the Julie Rogers Theater be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the-& day of
1993.
