BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to approve a change order for the
Best Years Center contract for construction. The change order requires additional work in the
sum of $15,893.00 thereby increasing the total contract price to $155,687.33. The change
order will provide for the following items to be added to the contract as shown on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto.
