WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to mow vacant privately
owned property; and,
WHEREAS, American Remediation Options submitted a bid as follows:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by American
Remediation Options should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by American Remediation Options for an annual contract to mow
vacant privately owned property in the above stated amounts be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
