WHEREAS, bids were received on September 18, 1995 for Contract 5A- 23rd
Street Interceptor Rehabilitation; and,
WHEREAS, Allco, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$1,449,636.66; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Allco, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Allco, Inc. for Contract 5A- 23rd Street Interceptor
Rehabilitation in the amount of$1,449,636.66 be accepted by the City of Beaumont
subject to approval of the contract by the Texas Water Development Board.
