RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, bids were received on October 23, 1995, for furnishing fixed pricing
for an annual contract to purchase #8 tower rock for the Streets and Drainage Division;
and,
WHEREAS, Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $13.70
per ton; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bo-Mac
Contractors, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc. for furnishing fixed pricing for an
annual contract to purchase #8 tower rock for the Streets and Drainage Division in the
amount of$13.70 per ton be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the ,� a- day of
