WHEREAS, Texas B. Southwestern Partners, L.P. have agreed to convey a ten foot
wide Water Line Easement out of their property described as Hezekiah Williams, Jr.
Survey, Abstract 57, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to serve proposed Pine
Club Apartments; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the donation of said easement and is
of the opinion that the donation of said easement of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement donated from Texas B. Southwestern Partners, L.P. be and the same
is hereby, in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the ��day of
