BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Tax Assessor-Collector of the City of Beaumont, Miriam K. Johnson, be and she
is hereby authorized to act in behalf of the City of Beaumont as provided under Chapter
33 of the Tax Code of the State of Texas to seize and sell property which meets the criteria
of such statute.
